This website may collect information you choose to provide when scheduling a meeting, contacting the firm, requesting a downloadable resource, or joining the newsletter. The resource request form collects your full name, email address, phone number, and the planning topics you select. The newsletter form collects your email address. Our hosting, email, and scheduling providers may also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested resources, send the newsletter when you subscribe, respond to inquiries, follow up with you, schedule meetings, operate and secure the website, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Newsletter recipients may unsubscribe using the link included in each newsletter. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and external links

Newsletter contact management and delivery are provided by Kit. Scheduling and client access are provided by third parties, including Calendly, Altruist, and eMoney. Their own privacy policies apply when they process information or when you leave this website.

Security and retention

Resource request details and uploaded files are stored in private managed storage and are available through the password-protected business owner portal. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask about personal information submitted directly to the firm or request a correction or deletion by contacting 3rd Level Wealth at its Hutchinson office.
